    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Sales Manager at NJT Global. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales management, including assisting the sales team, developing sales strategies, conducting market research, and monitoring sales performance. The role will be based in Kottayam.

    Qualifications
    • Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
    • Experience in developing sales strategies and conducting market research
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • Experience in the management consulting or real estate industry is a plus
