• Lead the design process with a keen eye for visual and communication design principles.

• Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of design.

• Leverage creativity and resourcefulness to enhance existing patterns and develop innovative solutions for new features and use cases.

• Optimize information architecture to create seamless user experiences.

• Thrive in environments with ambiguity and adaptability, driving projects forward with flexibility.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in designing large-scale e-commerce systems.

• A portfolio showcasing excellence in interaction design, visual design, and problem-solving.

• Exceptional communication skills to articulate ideas effectively to cross-functional teams using storytelling, visuals, and presentations.

• Ability to collaborate both independently and within a team environment.

• Over 5 years of design experience with a focus on Web, iOS, and Android Apps interfaces.

• Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Keynote, and similar tools to convey concepts through sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes.

• Expertise in documenting interaction details, visual design specifications, and ensuring quality assurance of the implemented product.

• Proven track record of creating user-centric product experiences.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, D2C models, and online retail user behavior.
