Position : MEP Design Engineer (residential and commercial building)Job Location : MumbaiClient : Leading MEP design consultant companyEducational Qualification: Candidate should be Graduate / PG in Mechanical EngineeringSoftware Skills: AutoCAD and RevitExperience: 8-15 years as MEP Design Engineer (residential and commercial buildings)Responsibilities (General):Strong background in managing MEP Design (HVAC, PHE and Electrical) design process on large scale projects like commercial, residential, multipurpose hall, conventional center, hospitals, high rise building buildings.Well versed in terms of codes and standards relevant to different trades.Study the requirement for the project and collect details/inputs from the client.Preparation of Design documents & Technical Data sheetPreparation of BOQ & DBR for the tender projectsAnalysis the various design options with its life cycle cost, pros and cons, then recommend the client for appropriate options.Ability to train/educate the team members.Ability to check and ensure the design calculation / process and drawings done by team in terms of relevant codes and standards prior to issue them to client.Ability to prepare control schematic and sequence of operation.Ability to clarify/address the client queries.Attending meeting with Client ,Architect and consultant for design requirementsCoordination for project activities and drawing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings and documents are as per the specifications.Prepare design documents.Please send latest resume to Mahima Consultancy, Nagpur /
