    Good Choice Foods is a new manufacturing company involved in manufacturing healthy and innovative ready to eat snacks marketed under brand name "KRUNCHILLO". We have launched fruit and vegetable chips made using unique technology that provide consumers an healthy and tasty alternative to traditional snacking.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Store Visits:

    · Conduct regular visits to our modern trade stores to ensure optimal product placement and visibility

    · Build relationships with store managers and key decision makers to secure prime shelf space.

    2. Sales Strategy Implementation:

    · Execute sales strategies developed in collaboration with the sales team to drive product sales in modern trade outlets.

    · Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions and displays.

    3. Merchandising:

    · Work closely with merchandising teams to create eye-catching product displays.

    · Ensure that promotional materials are effectively utilized in-store.

    4. Product Knowledge:

    · Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our snack products, including ingredients, benefits, and unique selling points.

    · Train store staff on product features and benefits.

    5. Inventory Management:

    · Monitor and manage product inventory levels in modern trade stores.

    · Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment of stock

    6. Customer Engagement:

    · Engage with customers to promote products and answer queries.

    · Collect feedback from customers to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.

    7. Sales Reporting:

    · Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends.

    · Utilize data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    8. Market Intelligence:

    · Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

    · Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams.

    REQUIREMENTS:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


    • Proven experience in sales, particularly in modern trade channels.


    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with store personnel.


    • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
