Job Description

Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Create detailed project schedules to ensure that work progresses smoothly.

Prepare and manage the project budget, monitoring expenses and costs.

Control and minimize cost overruns and ensure adherence to the budget.

Recruit, hire, and manage project personnel, including contractors, subcontractors, and in-house staff.

Assign roles and responsibilities to team members and ensure clear communication.

Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that work is carried out safely and according to design and quality standards.

Monitor site conditions, resolve issues, and enforce safety regulations.
