    Senior Trustee Operations Specialist Job Title

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Senior Trustee Operations Specialist to support critical foreclosure-related processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, accurate document review, and smooth execution of foreclosure procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Obtain and verify all required Pre-Foreclosure notices.

    • Research and review title search documents obtained from county records to confirm property/title accuracy.

    • Determine whether the borrower is covered under any state-regulated protections that may influence foreclosure timelines or processes.

    • Conduct regular compliance testing and audits on internal mortgage processes to ensure adherence to company, state, and federal guidelines.

    In this role you will work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, escalate risks, maintain accurate logs, records, reports for audit readiness,

    About the Ideal Candidate:


    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education;

    • Knowledge of the Foreclosure process including notices timelines regulatory requirements;

      • The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years experience in Mortgage operations default servicing title related roles; , ​
