- Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize revenue across various digital platforms.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and user behaviours to identify monetization opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align monetization goals with overall business objectives.
- Excellent working knowledge of monetizing digital inventory across ad formats.
- Excellent command over monetizing tools such as Google Ad Manager, Google AdX, Google AdSense, RTB, etc.
- An excellent relationship with DSPs and Ad networks such as Google, PubMatic, Admitad, Taboola, Jio ads, Airtel Ads, Columbia, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of new ad technologies, trackers, measurement tools, reporting tools, digital platform analytics tools
- Command over inventory and yield management. Inventory and yield optimization.
- Command over programmatic buys, open auctions, PMP deals, and programmatic sales.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of AdTech solutions, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the AdTech space and assess their potential impact on the organization's monetization efforts.
- Manage relationships with AdTech vendors and partners.
- Complete knowledge of Release Orders issued by agencies/advertisers to Publisher for executing the Advertising Business.
- Understanding of Rate Card, approval process and maintaining hygiene.
- Follow up with the agencies for creatives, trackers & and regular reporting.
- Understanding Ad Serving Technology, 3P Tags, trackers, and various creative assets.
- Understanding of report analytics such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
- Campaign deployment with Zero Error efficiency.
- Pixel and tag generation, implementation and quality assurance.
- Analysing campaign performance and providing optimizing recommendations.
- Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of monetization strategies.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and user engagement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on monetization metrics.
- Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for executing monetization strategies and managing AdTech operations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Collaborate with product development, marketing, sales, and content teams to align monetization efforts with overall business goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling advertising packages and offerings.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on digital monetization and AdTech.
- Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Experience with ad-serving platforms, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Description
Role Summary: This person will lead partnerships with ad networks in India and globally and will also be responsible for leading ad operations for all digital assets of the network. He/she should have handled a similar role in past/ present and should have experience leading and mentoring an ad operations team.
Experience Required: At least 10 years in a publishing domain.
Location: Noida Sector 16 and or Sector 158 (Please Note: This is a work-from-office role and we work on a 6-day basis)
