- Understanding of Pre-Sales cycle in SDLC & Agile process of Software Development.
- Experience creating Proposal, Contracts, FRD, SRS Documentation in coordinate with Technical team.
- Experience creating Marketing Collaterals as Case Studies, Product Demo, Resumes, etc. in coordination with Marketing & Technical team.
- Experience creating User-workflow, System Architecture, Infrastructure related documents using Design/Wireframe tools.
- Experience handling Pre-sales cycle such as Requirement understanding, Proof of Concept Document, Estimation doc, Questionnaire document, etc. in coordination with Technical team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure seamless project transitions and client satisfaction.
- Experience managing handover process from Sales team to Technical team.
- Experience with Requirement understanding & creating all pre-sales documentation.
- Experience with creating Marketing collaterals documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with creating User-workflow, System Architecture, Infrastructure related documents using Design/Wireframe tools.
