This is a remote position.
Role Description:

Middleware Administrator with Linux / Apache Tomcat / Weblogic / Application Deployment/Troubleshooting with 4 to 5 years of working experience.

Responsible for configuring the infrastructure and installing applications

• Working with application teams examining deployment requirements (software requirements).
• Reviewing application installation documentation.
• Executing the installation, Automating the installation process.
• Automating on the application improves the standards.
• Ensuring that the installation is done following standards and best practices.
• Experience in maintenance and support for applications deployed using .Net/Java technologies through IIS//Apache Tomcat//Webloogic.
• Deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and implementing of various web applications which runs on LINUX server platform.
• Experience in creating Application pools and web gardens for maintaining single and multiple worker processes.
• Experience in creating and configuring virtual directories and websites.
• Good experience in daytoday maintenance, monitoring, deployment, administration and troubleshooting of IIS web farms.
• Good experience in configuring IIS security settings like authentications. Experienced in CSR creation, New SSL certificate installation and renewed the expired certificates.
• Good experience in troubleshooting IIS and ASP.NET applicationrelated issues, Analyzing log files, and troubleshooting using debug diag tool.

V1.1&1.2 during server Crash and Hang.

• Good handson experience in Incident Management.
• Good working experience in scheduling and implementing Change Management.

Requirements

4 to 5 years of experience in Middleware administration.

• Should have handson experience on Linux & Application Administration.
• Good knowledge of Apache/Weblogic installation and configuration.
• Good Knowledge of deploying various applications using Tomcat.
• Good knowledge on Linux Platform.
• Independently solves common problems and updates applications with new technology.
• Collaborates with engineers, architects, developers, and other staff to meet project objectives.
• Analyses the technological needs of customers and provides ongoing support for clients.
• Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure activities are in alignment with the unit's risk appetite and risk management framework.
• Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions, and the ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
• Knowledge of approaches, tools, and techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational, or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for improvement.
• Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
• Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to utilize these to deliver new or enhanced applications.
• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT policies, standards, and procedures.
• Knowledge of and ability to analyze marketplace experiences, developments and trends related to the function of Information Technology (IT).
