• Formulatetreatment plans to address the conditions and needs of children inline with their development plan.
• Coordinateand work closely with other therapists to create a comprehensivedevelopment plan and ensure its implementation covering the overalldevelopment of the child.
• Conduct requiredtherapies for children.
• Inform theTherapy/centre head of any observations of children undergoingtherapies and promptly communicate any deviations from thenormal.
• Maintain records of observationsprogress and problems noticed during therapy sessions.
• Prepare weekly and term plans for children and beavailable to clarify any queries.

CandidateQualifications:

• Proven experience as a Physiotherapist or relevantrole.
• Good knowledge of Physiotherapy topicsand methodologies.
• Experience working withchildren with a wide range of disabilities.
• Ability to create Individualized Education Programs(IEPs).
• Patient resourceful and resilientpersonality.
• Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
