Job Overview

As a Recruiting Intern at Precisedtalent, you will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various job positions. This is a full-time position based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. We are looking for a talented individual with less than 1 year of experience who is passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow in a professional recruitment agency.

Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with recruitment processes and techniques
Proficiency in using job portals and recruitment software
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on job portals
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment software
Participate in job fairs and career events to build a candidate pipeline
Assist with reference checks and background screenings
Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks as needed
