    Responsibilities :

    • As an individual contributor, you will research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement. You are required to meet prospective customers for presentations & demo's
    • Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management. Strong lead generation expertise
    • Build and develop strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
    • Possess a strong understanding of our products, competition & positioning in the industry
    • Follow the latest industry developments and stay uptodate on corporate competitors
    • Negotiate and finalise deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company. Good understanding of P&L
    • Open to attend various trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
    • Work in liaison with the sales and marketing team to understand current market trends and build relationships accordingly. Partner with finance team for all matters related to payment receivables
    • Strategise & maintain newer ways to grow current partnerships for upsell opportunities

    Qualifications:

    • At least 8 years proven track record in B2B sales, scaling business revenues 15X
    • Excellent organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
    • Strong proficiency in data. Ability to follow data driven solutions.
    • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements. Fair understanding of technology solutions available in the market
    • Strong pricing & negotiation skills
    • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or nontechnical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
    • Prior experience in telecom, prop tech, FMCG, SaaS will be an added advantage
