    Job Details

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated QA Lead, who will be responsible for leading a QA Testing team that ensures a high quality customer onboarding and customer portal product. The successful candidate will provide a solid testing framework, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global customer base.

    Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Designing and implementing a QA framework that encompasses quality, automation, and agility
  • Designing and implementing a testing framework for both load and performance testing
  • Refining User Story requirements and parameters to identify inconsistencies or gaps in requirements
  • Providing accurate estimates on scope and duration of testing of specific features and regression
  • Managing and mentoring a team of Automation and Manual QAs in a scrum environment to ensure they adhere to high software testing quality standards
  • Working with technical development counterparts, as well as with non-technical Business Analysts
  • Obtaining company sponsored certification(s) for applicable products

    • Requirements

    Essential:

  • Extensive experience leading testing of customer facing products and API integrations in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Extensive experience with Java based Selenium automated testing frameworks
  • Extensive experience with manual testing methodologies
  • High level of proficiency with Jira, Github, IntelliJ IDE, Cucumber, Maven
  • Proficient experience with Postman, JMeter, RestAssured
  • Working knowledge of modern technologies such as Model-driven development, SOA, SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and SQL
  • Computer Science Degree or related
  • Fluent English written and communication skills
  • At least 5 years' experience

    • Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Continuous Integration
  • Knowledge of Microservices

    • Working days/hours: Monday to Friday; Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
