Implementing and providing support for the Cisco Product Suite, including Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco UCCE, Cisco CUBE / SBC and associated products.

Engaging with Cisco Video Communications Server as Expressway-C and Expressway-E for Mobile and Remote Access (MRA) purposes.
Handling IP Telephony protocols including SIP, H323, MGCP, RTP, RTCP, VXML, various codecs, and other related protocols.
Configuring and troubleshooting CUBE and other ISR (Integrated Services Router) series routers to ensure complete voice/VOIP functionality.
Configuring translation pattern, route pattern, Configuring Hunt/Pickup groups, etc.
Troubleshooting call routing, DTMF issues, monitoring through RTMT, generating traces, possessing the ability to comprehend intricate architectures.
Deploying solutions utilizing applications such as Cisco Call Manager, Contact Center, Unity voicemail, and Emergency services.
