    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow, with hands-on design, development, and deployment experience on the ServiceNow platform.

    About the Role:

    • The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience working with ServiceNow and the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (IT Risk Management) modules in an enterprise production environment.
    • They will have expertise in implementing solutions, configuring, and customizing all components of the ServiceNow GRC product and Audit Management.
    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), Asset, and Service Catalog is required.
    • The candidate will be able to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications and leverage ServiceNow GRC tools to track, monitor, report, and remediate findings.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs is essential.
    • Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment is also required.
    • A valid ITIL Foundation certification and a passion for advising and guiding customers on how to get the most out of the product and learning the latest product features are mandatory.
    • The candidate should be able to create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs (Access Control Lists), data policies, and UI scripts.
    • They should also be able to troubleshoot basic configuration and script issues.
    • A record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously is expected.
    • The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills are necessary.
