    Your area of work:

    As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will be responsible for supporting asset owners and support groups across the organization. You will monitor the steps required for each asset to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. To achieve this, you will maintain and enhance a custom-built database that aggregates data from various systems and reconciles it with information provided by asset owners. The goal is to establish a centralized inventory and generate comprehensive reports for IT groups and legal entities, highlighting the status of different assets and the necessary actions, while also accounting for any required exceptions.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop, test and deploy PAM related inhouse reporting and compliance engines.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues through debugging and bug fixing.
    • Constantly improve functionality for accuracy, performance and policy compliance.
    • Identify integration inconsistencies and provide technical solutions and recommendations.
    • Document development processes, bugfix outcomes, and application configurations.
    • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with support teams and client stakeholders for issue resolution and requirement clarification.
    • Escalate critical integration issues or recurring trends as needed.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor / Master degree in Information Technology, Management and Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Privilege Access Management or Identity and Access management related projects.
    • Integration experience with CyberArk PAS, Active Directory, Jira, SAP, ServiceNow.
    • Experience in C#, Python, PowerShell, Bash.
    • Experience in cloud infrastructure deployments and maintenance.
    • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum / Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines for test automation and deployments.
    • Solid handling of MS Office applications.
    • Proactive thinking and self-paced work on solutions is desired.
    • Fluent in English. German would be an added advantage.
    • Optional: CISSP, CISM or comparable certifications.
    • Strong, proven analytic and problem-solving skills.
    • Good presentation and documentation skills.
