- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- More than 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a metal power plant
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical faults and failures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Perform regular maintenance and inspections on electrical systems and equipment in the Metal Power Plant
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and failures in a timely manner
- Conduct routine tests and calibrations to ensure the proper functioning of electrical equipment
- Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to develop and implement maintenance strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Stay updated with the latest electrical codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement of electrical components and spare parts
- Assist in the commissioning of new electrical systems and equipment
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians
