Description

FutureFactor360, on behalf of a GCC of a large automotive company based in NCR, is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join the team.

We are in search of a dynamic individual who will contribute to the design efforts for our digital assets, focusing on enhancing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).

This role requires someone who can ensure that our online platforms are not only user-friendly but also visually appealing, optimizing usability and functionality.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for tackling UX/UI design challenges, constantly seeking innovative solutions and staying abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
• Conceptualize design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Create visually engaging UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop intuitive page navigation and search functionalities.
• Produce UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate site functionality and appearance.
• Conduct thorough testing of UI elements, including CTAs, banners, and page layouts.
• Work closely with marketing and internal/external designers to tailor digital experiences for users.
• Provide guidance on UX research methods to predict and analyze user behavior effectively.
• Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
• Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders for feedback and approval.
• Identify and resolve UX issues, ensuring responsiveness and user satisfaction.
• Make layout adjustments based on user feedback while adhering to established style standards for fonts, colors, and images.

• Comprehensive portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects for web and mobile platforms, highlighting the ability to solve complex UX/UI challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools such as , InVision, Figma, or Adobe XD, demonstrating the ability to create interactive prototypes and mockups.
• Advanced knowledge of design software including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD, with the ability to create highfidelity designs and visual assets.
• Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, enabling effective collaboration with developers and implementation of design concepts.
• Experience with usability testing methodologies and tools, including user testing, A/B testing, and heat mapping, to gather actionable insights and iterate on design solutions.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices, ensuring optimal user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
• Knowledge of platformspecific design guidelines and standards for iOS, Android, and web platforms, ensuring compliance and consistency in design implementations.
