- We're seeking a talented and motivated Associate Creative Director to join our Marketing department. This individual will collaborate closely with various teams in marketing to deliver compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- The Associate Creative Director
- Copy will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and realizing ideas through the power of language. They will lead the development of creative concepts, ensuring they are effectively communicated across all channels of the consumer experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional creativity, dedication, leadership, and communication skills.
- Spearhead and manage content strategy for projects of varying scales, integrating strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology.
- Develop narratives, scripts, storyboards, annotations, and treatments to bring ideas to life.
- Generate innovative and actionable ideas to address business challenges.
- Present ideas to internal teams in a structured and coherent manner.
- Mentor a diverse team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, and photographers/videographers to ensure strategic development of messages and deliverables.
- Ensure messaging aligns with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
- 710 years of relevant experience, with at least two years as a copywriter in an agency or corporate setting.
- Degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
- Proficiency in creating integrated content across various marketing channels, including digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print.
- Demonstrated ability to develop successful concepts.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading diverse creative teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern copywriting and content marketing tools and software.
