    What You'll Do-

    You'll be the storyteller behind Faclon's growth, turning deep tech into sharp narratives the market actually remembers.

    - Own Faclon Lab's product positioning and messaging across our platform, solutions, and offerings: no fluff, no buzzword soup.
    - Live close to the market: talk to customers, shadow sales, study competitors, and turn insights into narratives that win deals.
    - Build buyer personas, ICPs, and use-case stories that feel real, relevant, and impossible to ignore.
    - Craft go-to-market narratives for products, industries, and priority use cases that make sales conversations easier and sharper.
    - Create high-impact product marketing assets that don't just look good, but actively drive pipeline, enable sales, and influence revenue.
    - Translate complex Industrial AI and platform capabilities into simple, confident value stories that land with decision-makers.
    - Bring consistency, clarity, and differentiation across every touchpoint, be it website, decks, demos, campaigns, and beyond.
    - Track what works and what doesn't. Use data on adoption, engagement, and performance to continuously sharpen the story.

    What We're Looking For-

    We're looking for someone who can think like a strategist, weave like a storyteller, and execute like a start-up operator.

    - Proven experience in product marketing for B2B, enterprise tech, or platform-led products.
    - A knack for turning complex, technical products into clear, compelling value propositions.
    - Experience building buyer personas, ICPs, and industry-specific use cases that sales teams actually use.
    - Hands-on comfort with CRM and sales enablement workflows (HubSpot or similar).
    - Confidence working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) to understand what's resonating.
    - Familiarity with product and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, or similar.
    - Working knowledge of design collaboration tools (Figma, Canva, or equivalent): you don't just admire design, you shape it.
    - High ownership, high accountability, and an execution-first mindset (ideas are great, shipped work is better).
    - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural sense of narrative and clarity.
    - Comfort operating in fast-moving, slightly chaotic environments where things evolve, and improve, fast.
