    Position Overview:


    We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer specializing in ASP.NET to join our dynamic IT team at West Pharma.

    As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that facilitate the efficient operation of our business processes.

    You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable software Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.


    • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
    • Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces to enhance user experience.
    • Develop serverside logic and APIs for seamless integration with frontend components.
    • Optimize application performance and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
    • Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve defects, ensuring the delivery of highquality software.
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in web development, and proactively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers as Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a specialization in ASP.NET.
    • Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
    • Strong understanding of frontend technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
    • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
    • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
    • Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture.
    • Certification in ASP.NET development or related technologies.
