- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer, with 7 to 10 years of experience
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final installation
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to determine project requirements and goals
- Create innovative and visually appealing designs that meet client expectations and budget constraints
- Select and source materials, furniture, and fixtures for each project
- Prepare detailed design specifications, including drawings and samples
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and support staff
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in interior design
