Title- Customer Support Specialist (WFH)

Dev Gadhvi Creations Private Limited is in search of a Support Specialist to engage with our Customers via digital communication channels such as Email, WhatsApp, Chat, and Social Media.

Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to all incoming online chat support and email inquiries.
  
• Investigate and address customer inquiries through various channels, matching their tone and pace.
  
• Take ownership of each support request, ensuring resolution or escalation with a positive attitude.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve online chat/email support requests and phone/email cases effectively.
  
• Adapt to changing environments and remain flexible.
  
• Display compassion and attentiveness to the needs of mentees/students in every interaction.
  
• Monitor and engage in social media interactions with mentees/students.
  
• Demonstrate technical proficiency by accurately and efficiently using appropriate systems and resources to handle all customer requests.

• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
  
• Proficient in influencing and negotiating.
  
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  
• Must possess a personal laptop/system with a reliable internet connection.
