- Respond promptly to all incoming online chat support and email inquiries.
- Investigate and address customer inquiries through various channels, matching their tone and pace.
- Take ownership of each support request, ensuring resolution or escalation with a positive attitude.
- Troubleshoot and resolve online chat/email support requests and phone/email cases effectively.
- Adapt to changing environments and remain flexible.
- Display compassion and attentiveness to the needs of mentees/students in every interaction.
- Monitor and engage in social media interactions with mentees/students.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency by accurately and efficiently using appropriate systems and resources to handle all customer requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in influencing and negotiating.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.
