Description

• Candidate with experience of 8-15 years in production of Bedsheets, Curtains, Cushions, Comforter, Duvet, Quilt etc.
• Home furnishing- Madeups Articles production planning & execution.
• Creating new samples of products as per design & finishing details.
• Developments of products as per Buyer's specifications & requirement.
• Create Cut & stitch plan of product with minimum fabric consumption.
• Optimization of fabric consumption to avoid wastage and make product cost effective.
• Stitching styles & patterns development.
• Costing of finish product.
• Sending new samples to the buyer/customers on time.
• Coordinate with merchandising and sales team for approvals of samples.
• Also to take production sample approval.
• Bulk production planning and timely execution
• Coordinate with purchase team for fabrics/ trims and accessories.
• Responsible for quality checks of raw materials & finish goods.
• Inventory management and control.
• Planning of resourses for every order.
• Lead & guide to the team of Masters, tailors etc.
• Handle Buyer audits.
• Update the order status to Sales team & buyers on every stage.
• Meet the shipment dates
• Timely dispatch of goods to buyers.
• Attend defects, complaints if any.
• Report to Factory Head
