Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

1. Construction Management:

• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor and manage project schedules, costs, and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.

1. Material and Resource Management:

• Procure materials and equipment required for construction projects.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Optimize the use of resources to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

1. Quality Control and Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during construction.

1. Communication and Reporting:

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for project stakeholders.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by team members or stakeholders.

1. Health and Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety inspections and address any hazards or violations promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Civil Site Engineer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
