    We are seeking a skilled and results-driven

    Marketing Administration Executive

    to join our team. In this role,

    she


    will provide comprehensive support to the marketing process, including lead generation, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with the Marketing Administration team.

    Her responsibilities will majorly cover calling potential clients, research support, marketing assistance, administration support, documentation management etc.

    Key Responsibilities:1.


    Contact Potential Clients:
    Initiate calls to potential clients and introduce them to our management consulting services

    2 Understand Client Needs:
    Actively listen to prospects, ask relevant questions, and identify their specific needs and challenges

    3 Present Value Proposition:
    Communicate a compelling value proposition, emphasising the benefits and solutions our firm offers to address the client's requirements

    4 Build Rapport:
    Establish and maintain a positive and professional rapport with prospects5.

    Showcase Expertise:
    Effectively communicate the advantages of working with our firm, highlighting our expertise, experience, and successful track record

    6 Stay Updated:
    Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings to remain well-informed during client interactions

    7 Maintain Records:
    Efficiently manage and update client/prospect data and interactions in the CRM system/MS Excel to track progress and maintain accurate records

    8 Collaborate with Teams:
    Work closely with the business development team and consulting teams to strategize and develop effective approaches for lead generation and conversion

    9 Meet Targets:

    Aim to achieve or exceed monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to calls made, meetings scheduled, and conversions.


    Skills:

    o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.o Strong persuasive abilities and the confidence to overcome objections and resistance.o Ability to actively listen to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.o A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.o Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and resilient attitude.o Good attention to detail to effectively manage customer data and follow-up activities.


    Experience:
    1-2 years minimum


    Qualifications:

    • The minimum requirement is a bachelor's degree.
