    As a Brand Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.     Job Role:

    • Develop comprehensive branding strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
    • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate branding initiatives into marketing campaigns, property launches, and corporate communications.
    • Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimise brand perception and resonance.
    • Cultivate relationships with media outlets and influencers to secure coverage and endorsements for the brand.
    • Identify potential partners and evaluate strategic fit based on shared objectives and target audience alignment.
    • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage partnerships for co-marketing opportunities, product integrations, and joint initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in branding, marketing, or partnership management roles.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding strategies that drive brand awareness and affinity.
    • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
    • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
