Job Title : ASIC Verification Engineer and Lead

Location :

Experience Level : ASIC Verification Engineer : 4-8 years.

ASIC Verification Lead : 8-12 years.

Overview :

We are seeking highly skilled ASIC Verification Engineers and Leads to join our dynamic team. As an ASIC Verification Engineer/Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our ASIC designs through rigorous verification methodologies.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in System Verilog (SV) and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), along with expertise in industry-standard protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, USB, or similar. Key Responsibilities :

For ASIC Verification Engineers and Leads :

Develop and implement verification environments using SV and UVM methodologies.

Verify complex ASIC designs, ensuring compliance with functional specifications.

Collaborate with design and architecture teams to identify and address design issues.

Create and execute test plans, including functional, performance, and stress tests.

Debug test failures and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Document verification activities, including test plans, test cases, and results.

Lead a team of verification engineers (for Leads), providing technical guidance and :

For ASIC Verification Engineers and Leads :

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in the System Verilog and UVM methodology.

Experience with industry-standard protocols such as Ethernet, PCIe, MIPI, USB, or similar.

Strong understanding of verification methodologies, including constrained random testing and functional coverage.

Prior experience executing at least 2 SOC verification projects.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skill

For Leads :

Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading verification teams.

For Leads :

Ability to define verification strategies and methodologies based on project requirements.

For Leads :

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
