    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Student Counseling:
    • Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to understand their academic goals, interests, and challenges.
    • Provide personalized guidance and advice to help students choose appropriate courses based on their career aspirations and skill levels.
    • Assist students in developing academic plans and setting realistic goals to achieve academic success.

    2.Course Information and Guidance:

    • Stay updated with VoltusWave Technologies' course offerings, curriculum, and admission requirements.
    • Provide detailed information about various courses, training programs, and certification options to prospective and current students.
    • Guide students in selecting courses that align with their interests, abilities, and career objectives.

    3.Career Counseling:

    • Conduct career assessments and discussions to help students explore career paths and identify suitable job opportunities.
    • Offer support in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies to enhance students' employability.
    • Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships, job placements, and networking opportunities for students.

    4.Student Support and Advocacy:

    • Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administrative staff to address student concerns, feedback, and academic issues.
    • Advocate for students' academic and personal development by promoting a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
    • Monitor student progress, attendance, and performance, and provide timely interventions and support as needed.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience in student counseling, career guidance, or educational counseling.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with students.
    • Knowledge of counseling techniques, career assessment tools, and educational resources.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
