We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead for our No Codes & Automation vertical with a strong background in software engineering and extensive experience with no-code platforms, SAAS as well as Automation / API integrations.

The ideal candidate will have an experience of 5-6 years with a minimum of 3 years of experience in no-code technologies. This role is not only about managing a team of No-Code Developers but also contributing individually to the development and implementation of no-code solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, and product management, enriched experience in stakeholder and project management, and proven leadership capabilities. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and effective team management to drive the no-code and Automation/API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of No-Code Developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for the no-code development vertical, aligning with our mission and goals.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of no-code projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Hands-On Contribution: Apart from managerial responsibilities, actively contribute to the development and implementation of no-code solutions.
• Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation within the team by encouraging the exploration of new no-code tools and technologies, and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and preferably from a premium institute such as IITs/NITs etc.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in product management, development, integrations, APIs, and No-code development. (XANO + Adalo skills preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and managing development teams.
• Proficient in stakeholder management, capable of navigating complex relationships and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to delivery.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
