    Overview:

    The FICOFunctional Consultant plays a crucial role in the organizationsfinancial systems focusing on SAP FICO module implementationsconfigurations and support. They are responsible for bridgingbusiness requirements with technology solutions to improvefinancial processes and reporting.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather and understand businessrequirements.
    • Configure SAP FICO module basedon business needs.
    • Lead and support SAP FICOimplementation projects.
    • Provide expertise inintegrating FICO with other SAPmodules.
    • Optimize financial processes throughsystem enhancements.
    • Develop and execute testscripts for FICO module.
    • Provide endusertraining and supportpostimplementation.
    • Participate in systemupgrades and enhancements.
    • Ensure compliancewith finance and accounting standards.
    • Conductregular system audits and resolveissues.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsfor seamless business operations.
    • Stay updatedwith SAP FICO module advancements and bestpractices.
    • Document system configurations andprocess flows.
    • Provide recommendations forsystem improvements.
    • Support monthend andyearend closing activities.

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Information Systems or relatedfield.
    • Professional certification in SAP FICOis highly preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years ofexperience in SAP FICO module implementation andsupport.
    • Strong understanding of finance andaccounting principles.
    • Proficiency inconfiguring SAP FICO module to meet businessrequirements.
    • Experience in integrating SAPFICO with other SAP modules.
    • Ability to leadand manage SAP FICO implementationprojects.
    • Expertise in conducting systemtesting and training end users.
    • Knowledge offinance and accounting compliancestandards.
    • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills.
    • Strong communication andinterpersonal abilities.
    • Detailoriented withstrong documentation skills.
    • Ability to workeffectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
    • Experience in supporting monthendand yearend financial activities.
    • Uptodateknowledge of SAP FICO advancements and bestpractices.
