Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

2. Coordinating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop

effective recruitment strategies.

3. Utilise various sourcing methods to attract top talent, such as job boards and

employee referrals.

4. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit

with the organisation.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

6. Manage the excel sheet to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

7. Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.

9. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment-related matters.

10. Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and

efficiency.

11. Assist with other HR operations tasks as needed, including employee onboarding,

offboarding, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on recruitment.

3. Proven track record of successfully managing high-volume recruitment processes.

4. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
