    Role Summary:

    Being a core part of the HR team, you'll be accountable for managing employee payroll, leave and attendance, HRMS, HR Analytics and other key HR processes and operations. You will work closely with the team and cross functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of HR activities, consistently work towards building and maintaining Great Place to Work standards by enabling the best culture experience for all employees at Raise.

    Expected Responsibilities:

    • Handle end-to-end payroll process, including payroll processing, taxation, statutory and labour compliance, and benefits administration.
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll disbursement and resolve any payroll-related queries.
    • Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings.
    • Manage end to end talent acquisition including making job posts, screening candidates, interviews, offer negotiations/closures and onboarding.
    • Keep the HR database up to date and ensure data accuracy and correctness at all times.
    • Manage HR analysis and measure impact on every engagement activity by providing key people insights which further assists in modifying people practices.

    Expected Skills:

    • Post Graduation or MBA in Finance or HR is a must for this role.
    • 3 to 5 years in HR with hands-on experience with MS Office and GSuite.
    • Prior Knowledge of payroll, tax laws, labor standards.
    • Ensure wages / tax withholdings comply with regulations.
    • Eye for detail and data accuracy and management.
    • High ownership, accountability in maintaining overall confidentiality of employee data.
    • Attention to detail, accuracy in data management.
    • A positive attitude, drive to learn / execute and have excellent communication skills.
