Roles andResponsibilities:

You will play apivotal role in driving the digital transformation agenda ofCompany Name. In collaboration with crossfunctional teams you willbe responsible for conceptualizing planning and executing digitalinitiatives to enhance customer experience streamline operationsand drive business growth

Digital Strategy Development:

Formulate and execute thedigital strategy aligned with business objectives and markettrends.

Identify opportunities for digitizationacross various business functions.

Product Development andInnovation:

• Lead thedevelopment of new digital products and services ensuring they meetcustomer needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and fintech trendsto drive innovation within the organization.

CrossfunctionalCollaboration:

• Collaborate with IT Marketing Operations and otherrelevant departments to ensure seamless integration of digitalinitiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovationand digital adoption across the organization.

Customer ExperienceEnhancement:

• Implement initiatives to enhance the digital customerexperience including website and mobile appoptimization.
• Gather and analyze customerfeedback to drive continuous improvement.

Data Analytics andInsights:

• Utilizedata analytics to gain insights into customer behavior markettrends and the performance of digital initiatives.
• Make datadriven recommendations to enhance theeffectiveness of digital strategies.

Qualifications andSkills :

Bachelorsdegree in Business Finance Information Technology or a relatedfield. MBA or equivalent qualification is aplus.

Provenexperience (0 3 years) in a similar role within the financialservices industry preferably in an NBFC is an addedadvantage.

Multilingual person fluent in HINDI / TELUGU / KANNADAis a must other than English and Tamil.

Strong understanding of digital technologiesfintech trends and regulatory landscape inIndia.

ExcellentProduct demonstration project management and organizationalskills.

Stronganalytical and problemsolving abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonalskills.

Ability tothrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
