Some examples of products that you are likely to work on :

• New apps & tools that help teachers/ facilitators improve the quality of classroom engagement
• New analytical models that enable multiple stakeholders to get realtime insights for improving inclass engagement
• Platforms that embed new pedagogies & learning models for helping people adopt new mindsets in college students, build selfesteem in children, find meaning & fulfillment at work, etc.
• New data storage models for leveraging AI to enable users make better decisions & find better solutions; to classify knowledge in a meaningful way, etc.

What is expected of you:

• Your primary responsibility will be to own the endtoend product development cycle. You will be part of a team that owns an ecosystem of applications and services which need to be designed, built, and deployed at scale.
• To hold & stay with the emerging vision of products, making sure there is proper documentation of the vision, and a shared understanding by the team to know where we are headed.
• When new products are envisioned and the vision is emerging, there will be ambiguity, and continuous change in requirements.

Do you have what it takes to succeed in this role?

• Deal with the ambiguity & be able to respond to dynamic changes?
• Keep an eye on the outcome, and not get caught up with process & plans?
• Enable the team with approaches to incorporate changes, and not manage them/ delegate work to them?
• Manage the dynamic between quick build cycles (in terms of prototyping, testing, etc.) & robustness of the platform (the core engineering, stability, reliability, etc.)?
