Responsibilities ofPeople Relations Specialist

• Provide support to employees andmanagers (M6 and below) in the application of Coinbase HR policiesand procedures
• Adviseemployees and managers on HR policies and practices
• Perform intake andrecommendations related to interpersonal conflicts and potentialpolicy breaches escalating issues to the appropriate DRI (HRBPLegal)
• Ensuremanagers are following Coinbase performance management proceduresincluding documentation case management and corrective actionplans
• Use level ofjudgment to determine and facilitate outcomes of performanceimprovement plans including termination of employment
• Maintain People Relationsplaybooks and processes working with key stakeholders for input andsignoff
• Improvemanager and employee performance by identifying and clarifyingproblems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selectedsolution; coaching and counseling managers andemployees

Requirements for PeopleRelations Specialist

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in humanresources
• Minimum 2years of experience as an HR Generalist HRBP or other HR specialistrole
• Intermediateunderstanding of HR principles HRrelated laws andregulations
• Proficient in problem solving
• Ability to build and maintainrelationships
• Abilityto develop clear and concise written communications
