    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Cafeteria Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafeteria. As a Cafeteria Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the cafeteria staff, ensuring high-quality food service, maintaining health and safety standards, and overseeing budget management. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in cafeteria or food service management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 4 to 6 years of experience in cafeteria or food service management
    • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM)
    • Proven experience in health and safety compliance
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs
    • Experience in training and development of cafeteria staff
    • In-depth knowledge of food service operations
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage and supervise the daily operations of the cafeteria
    • Ensure high-quality food service and customer satisfaction
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Develop and implement training programs for cafeteria staff
    • Oversee budget management and cost control
    • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
    • Maintain a clean and organized cafeteria environment
    • Collaborate with the facilities management team for maintenance and repairs
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

    Education:

    High school diploma (diploma in hotel management ) or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field preferred.
