    Job Description:

    Birlasoft is seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud Maintenance Specialist with a minimum of five years of experience, including involvement in at least two implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud services, encompassing maintenance, support, and implementation activities.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Perform routine maintenance tasks for Oracle Cloud environments, including monitoring system performance, applying patches and upgrades, and troubleshooting issues.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of Oracle Cloud solutions.
    3. Participate in the planning and execution of Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration tasks.
    4. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, resolving incidents, and optimizing system functionality.
    5. Conduct periodic assessments of Oracle Cloud environments to identify opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement.
    6. Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies, features, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
    7. Document maintenance procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations for reference and training purposes.
    8. Adhere to company policies, standards, and compliance requirements throughout all maintenance and implementation activities.
    9. Actively participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to foster continuous improvement and professional development.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    2. Minimum of five years of experience in Oracle Cloud maintenance, support, and implementation.
    3. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
    4. Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as applying patches, upgrading software, and monitoring system performance.
    5. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud security principles, best practices, and compliance standards.
    6. Experience participating in Oracle Cloud implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration activities.
    7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
    8. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
