- Perform Quality Audits and validations processed transactions
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest corrective action for improvement
- Provide real time improvement feedback to associates
- Lead and participate in Quality huddles to share key updates and improvement recommendations
- Participate in calibration sessions with other Quality Auditors / SME's and Client SME
- Suggest and implement improvement opportunities to enhance the process accuracy and user experience
- Work experience under domain for min 2 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of handling reports in MS excel
- Shifts: 24*7
