    We areseeking a highly skilled and analytical Marketing Mix Model (MMM)Analyst to join our dynamic team.

    The primary objective of thisrole is to utilize marketing mix modelling techniques to dissectand understand the impact of various marketing activities on keybusiness metrics.

    As a pivotal member of our team you will play acritical role in providing actionable insights to our clientsenabling them to make informed decisions and optimize theirmarketing strategies for maximum ROI.


    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement marketing mix models(MMM) to analyse the effectiveness of different marketing channelsand initiatives in driving business metrics such as sales revenuemarket share and profitability.

    Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams including marketing finance and datascience to gather relevant data inputs and ensure the accuracy andcompleteness of the modelling process.

    Conduct comprehensive data analysis and interpretation to identifykey drivers and correlations between marketing activities andbusiness outcomes. Utilize statisticaltechniques and econometric modelling to quantify the incrementalimpact of marketing investments on ROI.

    Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on modelfindings and present findings to internal stakeholders and clientsin a clear and concise manner.

    Continuouslymonitor and evaluate model performance and refine methodologies asneeded to enhance predictive accuracy and reliability. Stay abreastof industry trends best practices and emerging technologies inmarketing analytics and contribute to the advancement of ouranalytical capabilities. Provide thoughtleadership and contribute to the development of innovativeapproaches and methodologies for marketing effectivenessmeasurement.
    Qualifications

    BasicQualifications:
    Masters / bachelor s degreein Statistics Economics Mathematics Data Science or related field.
    Advanced degree preferred. Provenexperience of 2 years in marketing analytics with a focus onmarketing mix modelling econometrics or related quantitativeanalysis. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g. R Python) andadvanced Excel skills. Experience with SAS SPSS or other relevantanalytics tools is a plus. Strong understanding of marketingprinciples and concepts with the ability to translate businessobjectives into analytical frameworks. Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a keenattention to detail and the ability to draw meaningful insightsfrom complex datasets. Effectivecommunication and presentation skills with the ability to conveytechnical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Strong project management skills with theability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously ina fastpaced environment. A collaborativeteam player with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.

    PreferredQualifications:

    • Handletechnical parts of MMM largely on their own 2 3 times run theproject. 2. Business aspect.3. Adstock where to use how to use multipleiteration. 4. Saturation curve link tooptimization. 5. Logical code writingconverting theoretical part of MMM to business problem.6. Optimization explaining mathematicallyobjective function and logical way of building.7. Explaining it to Leadership.
