- Develop Annual Brand Plans.
- Build and execute effective marketing programs (ATL, Digital, BTL) to achieve brand objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales figures vis-à-vis brand objectives and in relation to competing brands.
- Interact with advertising, media and PR agency on all communication requirements.
- Identify research needs, provide necessary brief to MR agency and implement actions based on findings.
- Work closely with customer/ trade marketing team to ensure delivery of brand BTL objectives.
- Spearhead Innovations in the Marketing function.
- Responsible for brand alliances, tie –ups, joint promos, etc. in line with brand objectives.
- Conceptualize and implement consumer offers, trade offers, etc. in line with brand objectives.
- Evaluate effectiveness of marketing programmes and MROI.
- MBA from a reputed B school.
- 7-9 years of experience in brand management with a leading FMCG/Alcohol Beverages/Liquor company.
