    • Responsibilities
    • GBSU/REG Team deals with processes required to comply with various regional regulations in the OTC Derivatives space, for Ex.: DFA, EMIR, HKMA, MAS, MiFID etc.REG Team carry out periodic post reporting controls to identify Regulatory reporting anomalies & rectify the issues in coordination with technology teams. In addition, team responsible to manage daily reporting activities for regulators.

    Profile Required

    Skill : Experience in regulatory reporting or Good Knowledge on OTC Derivatives products /capital market Experience :3-6 yrs.

    • Operational Excellence
    • Provide guidance/ follow-up closely on complex issues
    • Monitor the production parameters on a daily basis
    • Identify short term production priorities
    • Drive production efficiencies
    • Ensure compliance / regulatory adherence
    • Address internal / external audits
    • Monitor/Escalate reconciliation/reporting errors and incidents
    • Ensure reconciliation process is executed efficiently
    • Change Management
    • Continuously identify and implement CI ideas thereby bringing in more efficiency across teams
    • Contribute/Implement action items from strategic projects & implement organizational changes
    • Contribute to team's transformation initiatives
    • Identify and implement action items from transversal optimization projects / initiatives
    • Contribute and influence adoption of emerging technologies and best practices

    Identify and resolve medium to high-level issues.​​​

    Detect and define process enhancements, regularly.

    Prepare, attend and contribute to process governance.​​

    Train analysts.​

    Profile Required

    Ability to understand control framework.

    Proven knowledge of functional, domain and operational risk management.

    Intermediate stakeholder and partner management skills.

    ​Clear and concise communication skills.

    Ability to visualize process enhancements.​​​
