About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in covenant monitoring and financial spreading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and spreading financial statements for credit appraisal purposes using Moody's Risk Analyst (MRA) or client customized templates.
• Evaluating income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows of public and private companies to identify areas for improvement.
• Reviewing supplementary schedules, notes, and Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Normalizing financial statements by removing exceptional items to arrive at true profitability figures.
• CALCULATING adjusted net worth, recurring cash flows, annual debt service, contingent liabilities, custom ratios AND other key performance indicators (KPIs).
