About theRoleWe are looking for adynamic individual to join our Fixed Income BrokingTeam.

This role presents the candidate withan opportunity to be at the center of all the action thathappensin the Fixed Income Market in India.

Given that this market is a voice market without anytradingplatform as dealer and relationshipmanager you will have an opportunity to interact with thefundmanagers across financial institutionssuch as Mutual Funds Banks InsuranceCompaniesCorporate Treasuriesetc.

ResponsibilitiesExecute endtoend corporate bonds and moneymarket trades on behalfof the clients Maintain longtermrelationship with existing clients and develop new relationshipstogenerate newbusiness Liaise with clients to identifytheir requirements and provide guidance on theavailableassets on the basis of thisrequirement Effectively communicate yourclients requirement to the entire team generaterelevantprices and drive the deal towardsconclusion Stay abreast with the latestdevelopment in the market both domestic andoverseas Stay updated with regulatoryrequirements pertaining to the debt capital market andanychanges made by theregulators

KeySkills & Experience:Ability to work in a fastpaced environmentWorking knowledge of the Indian Debt CapitalMarkets Sound understanding of financialmarkets and fundamentals of economicsExcellent communication skills and ability tomultitask Strong interpersonal and peoplemanagement skills Proficient in MicrosoftSuite A selfstarter with willingness to takeinitiative and responsibility
