**Job Title:** Tele Motor Expert (Partner Management/ Inbound & Outbound)

**Location:** Delhi (Tilak Nagar)

**Roles & Responsibilities:**

Handle both Inbound and Outbound Calls efficiently.

Conduct training sessions for partners on the usage of company products, specifically focused on Motor insurance.

Provide excellent service to partners, addressing their queries and requests promptly.

Act as a liaison between the company and partners to ensure productivity in Motor insurance.

Achieve business goals outlined by the company through effective partnership management.

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure adherence to established processes with partners.

**Professional Skills:**

Proficient in Tele Sales techniques.

Strong capabilities in Partner Management.

Comprehensive understanding of Motor Insurance.

**Key Requirements:**

Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education-experience combination. - Proficient knowledge of Tele-Sales and Motor Insurance.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

Demonstrated stability in career path.

Enthusiastic tele callers with the ability to persuade even challenging individuals to purchase company offerings.

**Remuneration:**

Salary: 25k per month

Lucrative incentives over and above the CTC.
