Frontend Development Intern - India - BranchKarma

Description

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our team. As a Front-End Developer, you will implement visual elements that users see and interact with in our web applications while also working on our different websites. The ideal candidate should understand HTML, CSS, SCSS, Angular Framework, and TypeScript.

Join our team and embark on a rewarding journey with Branch Karma. The stipend for this project-based internship is between 5,000 - 7,000/- INR per month/per project.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement user-facing features using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
2. Build new websites from scratch.
3. You should understand translating UI/UX design wireframes into responsive web pages.
4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
6. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
7. Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
8. Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proven work experience as a Frontend Developer or in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, Angular Framework, and TypeScript.
4. Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
5. Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
6. Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git and design tools such as Figma.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as well as individually.

The Front-end Development intern will directly report to the Director of Branch Karma.
