    Your roleDo you have a knack for technology? Are you ready to take responsibility for the strategic solution development of the future in banking? We're looking for someone who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technology to the next level to:

    • design, and develop scalable, resilient and a fast mobile application
    • work closely with crew leads and development pods to satisfy business requirements (functional and non-functional) into designs and code
    • own the solution from end to end while being responsible for translating requirements into a modern technology mobile solution
    • execute projects and enforce sound development practices and ensure the quality delivery of mobile solutions including, but not limited to, code reviews
    • work within an agile team with stakeholders drawn from IT and the Business, subject matter experts, vendor teams, enterprise architects and business analysts to develop your code related to our new solution

    drive excellence in:
    software analysis, design & coding, development methodologies, oral/writtenmunication skills, technology planning

    • challenge the status quo ande up with new ideas and solutions
    • act as a technical advisor towards development pods to plan, implement, and support new and existing mobile features
    • continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new ways to maximize development efficiency
    • solve problems in collaborative way, deliver sophisticated design and create high quality solutions
    • help, create, manage and automate continuous integration and delivery
    • be part of a strong, international team and contribute to the success of Mobile ExcellenceYour teamYou'll be working within UBS Business Solutions AG in Zurich in a crew of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile application circle one, which is exclusively available to our clients in Global Wealth Management. Our product is developed across multiple locations and has interfaces to multiple areas of the bank, having the focus on faster time to market and agile methodology, but always having our client in the center.

    Your expertiseYou have:

    • aprehensive knowledge & hands on experience in Software Engineering
    • a master degree in IT Software Engineering
    • 5+ years in a technical leadership role with experience in leading a team of developers
    • deep understanding of backend development tools ( VS Core, Spring, Spring Boot, Sonar, GitLab), technologies ( SOAP, REST, JPA, Kafka), databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server) and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
    • good understanding of TDD / Clean Code and Design Patterns
    • knowledge of Version Control System (Git)
    • a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
    • experience in a global environment
    a positive attitude and a great interest in shaping the future of technology in bankingYou are:

    • a strong written and verbalmunicator,fortable interacting with colleagues in English, colleagues in English, while German will be a plus
