    Job Title: CNC/VTL Setter/Operator/Programmer
    Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
    Salary Range: INR 15,000 to 30,000 per month

    Job Overview:
    We are looking for a skilled CNC/VTL Setter/Operator/Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and VTL (Vertical Turret Lathe) machines for producing precision parts. This role demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety standards.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to understand the machining process.
    • Set up CNC machines and VTLs, including adjusting and calibrating equipment to ensure precision.
    • Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to execute production tasks.
    • Operate machines to produce parts through turning, milling, drilling, or grinding.
    • Monitor the output to guarantee consistency with specifications and make essential adjustments.
    • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot machines to ensure peak performance.
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workspace.
    • Collaborate with engineers and team members to boost production efficiency.
    • Document production data and uphold accurate records for quality control and reporting purposes.


    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a CNC machine operator, setter, or programmer. Experience with VTL is highly preferred.
    • Sound understanding of CNC programming and operation with proficiency in CAD/CAM software.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot during machine operation.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members efficiently.
    • Adept at reading and comprehending technical drawings and production documents.
