    Description
    Partner with the business to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolves HR issues. Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values.

    Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.

    Lead and support special projects.

    Create & provide reports on various aspects of Oracle's employee lifecycles that will assist the business to make data related decisions.

    Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners. Develop collateral materials for HR initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.
