We are seeking a highly skilled IT recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US IT job market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Job Summary:

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent in the US IT industry. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to find the best fit for their roles.

Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing: Proactively source IT professionals through various channels, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and other creative methods.
2. Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and provide insights and recommendations to ensure successful placements.
4. Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and potential contributions.
5. Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and compensation packages between clients and candidates.
6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, proactive and self-motivated with a drive for success, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
